R.I.S.E. Session Leaders for August 22-23

R.I.S.E. is a sacred two-day retreat created for Black women who are carrying heavy loads—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and communally—and need intentional space to rest. The event has been rescheduled for August 22-23, 2026 and we are so glad to have all of our session leaders available and confirmed for the August dates!

Gentle yoga and reflection come together to quiet the mind and soften the body.

Rev. Dr. Jeanine Miller will guide our Sistah Circle—a sacred space for truth-telling and deep listening.

R.I.S.E. is designed for Black women seeking rest, restoration, and reconnection—no prior experience with yoga, meditation, or retreat spaces is required. All bodies, ages, and fitness levels are welcome.
