R.I.S.E. Retreat for Black Women: Reclaiming Intentional Sacred Ease “Free Your Mind and the REST Will Follow”

About the Retreat
R.I.S.E. is a sacred two-day retreat created for Black women who are carrying heavy loads—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and communally—and need intentional space to rest.
In a season marked by economic strain, caregiving demands, health disparities, and ongoing spiritual labor, R.I.S.E. offers an invitation to slow down, soften the body, quiet the mind, and reclaim rest as essential, deserved, and life-giving.
Participants are invited to release what weighs heavy, tend gently to their bodies, and return to their lives renewed and restored.
