Our own Chef Joe has designed a holiday menu that includes:
- maple-rosemary roast turkey breast w/ cornbread dressing & smoked gravy
- apple cider braised pork shoulder w/ wilted arugula
- spaghetti squash & vegan cranberry meatballs
- yukon gold buttermilk mashed potatoes
- artichoke-green bean casserole
- apple-brown sugar glazed heirloom carrots
- tender greens w/ dried apricots, goat cheese & pecan vinaigrette
- citrus cabbage salad w/ ginger-honey vinaigrette
- fresh bread display
- holiday desserts bounty
