Storylines Book Club is Scarritt Bennett Center’s women’s book club, providing a unique opportunity to meet new people, enrich your reading experience, and expand your perspectives.
Vespers & All That Jazz is a unique worship experience that uses words and music from a variety of sources to encounter the Sacred.
A book study series titled, I Bring the Voices of My People. Reading and discussing Dr. Chanequa Walker-Barnes’ book I Bring the Voices of My People: A Womanist Vision for Racial Reconciliation. The study will create brave space for clergywomen to explore, ask questions, share thoughts, and live out racial reconciliation in preparation to bring it back to our ministry locations. The study begins August 11th and will meet weekly at 6pm through September 15th culminating with a dinner reception with and lecture from the author.
