Share a delectable dinner and enjoy fellowship and conversation in the historic Susie Gray Dining Hall at 5:00pm, followed by our weekly Vespers and All That Jazz worship service in Wightman Chapel from 6:30–7:15pm.
Vespers & All That Jazz is a unique worship experience that uses words and music from a variety of sources to encounter the Sacred. We understand jazz to be a process of making music; music which shapes the service and helps us experience the interruptive Spirit of God in ourselves and others. The style is experiential. Open minds, open hearts, and open ears are essential. We hope for justice, compassion, peace, and wonder in response.
Cost for the community meal is $20. There is no charge to attend Vespers. Dress is casual.
