BHB Fellows: Orientation Week
Last week, the Belle H. Bennett fellows got acquainted with the Scarritt Bennett Center community during orientation week. Thanks to everyone who welcomed them – gave them tours of the campus, shared a meal with them, and chatted with them during their “get to know the campus” scavenger hunt! In the Scarritt tradition, for the next 10 months, Tieranny, Krysten, and Monica will be living on campus, working “in the field” at local nonprofits and here on our Education team during social justice work, and discerning their vocations to do life-long activism, rooted in spiritual practices and traditions that will sustain their journey for the long-haul.
