At NAMI Davidson County\, we believe that mental wellness looks different for everyone\, and exploring a variety of wellness modalities can help people discover new tools that support their well-being. \nThroughout the evening\, you’ll have the opportunity to experience an illuminated labyrinth walk\, sound healing\, gentle yoga\, Reiki\, expressive art\, mindfulness activities and other interactive wellness experiences. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress\, reconnect with yourself or simply try something new\, this event offers a welcoming space to explore practices that support your mental health. \nOur goal is to make wellness more accessible by creating opportunities for people to experience these modalities firsthand in a supportive community setting.
