SUMMARY:MNPS Art Educator's Exhibit
DESCRIPTION:People who teach art to students across Metro Nashville Public Schools will hold an exhibit of their work in Laskey Art Gallery from August 22 through October 24\, with a special artists’ reception on August 26 from 4 pm until 8 pm. \nMetro Nashville Public Schools Director of Director and Visual Arts Coordinator Allison Ross is working with Soul Works Director Rev. Linda Furtado to make this special exhibit available during back to school season. \nPlease take time to visit the Laskey Gallery and experience the art of those who shape our young artists. \nThe exhibit is free and open to the public with free parking. \nLight refreshments will be served at the reception on August 26. \nLearn more about Scarritt Bennett’s Laskey Art Gallery.
