DESCRIPTION:YWCA of Nashville & Middle Tennessee is hosting a lunch and learn panel featuring Scarritt Bennett Director of Racial Justice Ministries Rev. Kelli X entitled Faith\, Spirituality\, and Social Justice: Honoring the Past\, Shaping the Future. \nThe lunch and learn will take place at the YWCA campus\, 1608 Woodmont Blvd.\, Nashville\, TN 37212 from 12 p.m. until 1:30 p.m.\, include lunch\, feature interactive elements and a Q&A. \nIf you can’t be there in person\, join the discussion virtually. \nIn addition to Rev. Kelli X\, panelists include Chief Advancement Officer of American Baptist College Phyllis Qualls\, Ed.D;  Senior Pastor of Watson Grove Baptist Church Rev. Dr. John Faison Sr.; and Taqiyyah Elliot\, M.Ed.\, MDiv who serves with the Department of Religion at Vanderbilt University. \nFaith\, Spirituality\, and Social Justice: Honoring the Past\, Shaping the Future will explore the integral role of faith and spirituality in social justice movements throughout history\, the present state of faith-driven activism\, and visions for a more just future.
