PASSION. PURPOSE. PEACE.
A Retreat for Women with Rosie Molinary

September 29-30, 2014
Scarritt-Bennett Center - Nashville, Tn

Led by Rosie Molinary, MFA, this retreat is focused on embracing your truth, living authentically and creating the life you want. We'll spend our time together filtering out the excess noise while forging a deeper self-awareness, practicing greater self-acceptance and examining self-care in a way that empowers you to be your greatest ally. We will discover what you want your legacy to be and how to live in a way that aligns with how you most want to be in the world, while allowing you to creatively express your passion and purpose in a personally crafted mission statement and manifesto. You will be guided in creating an action plan that guides your wants and needs at a pace and in a way that is just right for your life. Ultimately, you will leave Passion. Purpose. Peace. invigorated, focused and clear with a sense of confidence in what you uniquely offer the world and a vision for how to live on purpose in an authentic, whole-hearted way.

Rosie Molinary

Author, speaker, and teacher, Rosie Molinary, MFA, empowers women to embrace their authentic selves so they can live their passion and purpose and give their gifts to the world. Molinary's most recent book, Beautiful You: A Daily Guide to Radical Self-Acceptance, guides women in developing their self-awareness so that they may be more self-accepting.  Her first book, Hijas Americanas: Beauty, Body Image, and Growing Up Latina, looks at the coming of age experiences of Latinas in the United States. In addition to her writing, Rosie teaches a course of body image at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, offers workshops and retreats for women and speaks on self-acceptance, body image, media literacy, the Latina experience and social justice. She is the founding and acting Board Chair of Circle de Luz, a non-profit that radically empowers young Latinas by supporting their transformation through extensive mentoring, holistic programming and scholarship funds for further education.
