CHECK-OUT/ MISC.
Guest Housing check-in is located in the Laskey Building. Check-in
begins at 3:00 pm central time. If you will be arriving after midnight,
please contact our Front Desk at 615.340.7500 or toll-free 866.420.5486 before 5:00 pm central
time on the day of arrival to make arrangements. After 5:00 p.m.,
go to Laskey Lobby for instructions. Check out is at 10:30 am. Please
bring your key to our front desk.
Each residence hall has
a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron located in the basement.
Lounges are available and offer an opportunity for socializing and
relaxation.
There are no elevators in the residence
halls, so let your leader know if you require a first floor room.
If you are booking individually, please let Guest Services know
when making your reservation. First floor rooms are subject to availability.
Each twin room shares a full bath with the adjoining room. An alarm
clock is available in each room.
Please note: Smoking, alcohol, drugs, pets, and firearms are prohibited on our campus. Your cooperation and understanding of this policy is appreciated. Guests who violate this policy could be asked to leave the campus, and may be charged a room cleaning fee.

CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel, please do so by 3 pm CST at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid one night’s room charge per room for late cancellation or no show. We are not able to credit any monies back for early check-out. (Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation prior to arrival may result in a rate change.)
DINING
The historic Susie Gray Dining Hall is where all regular meals are
served buffet style. Advance reservations are
required. Each meal has a specified time frame and groups are invited
to attend the meals during the following times:
Breakfast 7:30 am - 8:30
am
Lunch 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Dinner 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
For those who have special dietary requirements,
requests must be given to the hospitality department two weeks
prior to the event. Also, due to our advance registration system,
we are currently not able to accommodate walk-in customers for meals. In the
event the dining room is not available, other arrangements will
be made.
Our staff is also able
to provide private meals and snack and beverage breaks for your group. Please contact
the hospitality office for further details.
No outside food
is allowed on campus.

BUSINESS CENTER SERVICES
The Business Center is located in the Laskey Building. For your convenience,
copiers, and a facsimile machine are available for your use. If you
need to receive a fax, the number is (615) 340-7551.

TRANSPORTATION
Scarritt-Bennett Center does not provide any private
transportation to or from the airport. We suggest two
options for your convenience.

PARKING
Scarritt-Bennett Center has two parking lots located on 18th Avenue
South, parking is on a first come, first served basis. Several events
may be taking place simultaneously, therefore space is limited and
parking is not guaranteed.
If you will be arriving by recreational vehicle or bus, please call Guest Services at least one week in advance at 615-340-7500 to make arrangements for parking.
We will make every effort to accommodate you.
Please ask Guest Services and Reservations for the name of the parking
lot closest to your destination here on campus.
